目的:观察探讨复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病的临床疗效.方法:选取我院2009年4月至2011年4月92例冠心病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例,观察组采用复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗,对照组单纯采用阿司匹林治疗,观察比较治疗效果.结果:两组疗效比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论:复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病的临床疗效显著,明显优于单纯使用阿司匹林治疗,安全可靠,值得临床合理推广.

Objective:To observe the effect of compound Danshen dropping pills combined with aspirin in treatment of coronary heart disease clinical curative effect.Methods:In our hospital from 2009 April to 2011April,92cases of patients with coronary heart disease, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,46 cases each, the observation group was treated with Compound Danshen Dropping Pill in combination with aspirin therapy, the control group only with aspirin therapy, to observe and compare the therapeutic effect. Results:Comparison of the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion:Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with aspirin in treatment of coronary heart disease clinical curative effect, is superior to aspirin therapy alone, safety and reliability, is worth the clinical reasonable promotion.
