目的:探讨凝血与纤溶指标在骨科术前检查中的意义.方法:对我院就诊的骨科患者凝血指标和纤溶指标进行检测.结果:对78例骨科病人结果进行分析D-二聚体均值显著增高,但是凝血指标并没有大的改变.结论:骨科患者有一部分患者术前纤溶指标有所改变,要动态的观察和凝血指标和纤溶指标的变化,防止术后出血和血栓的形成.

Objective:To investigate the significance of coagulation and fibrinolysis in orthopedic preoperative examination.
