目的:分析纤维支气管镜带胸腔镜微创手术检查中的心理护理重要性.方法:将我院2010年5月~2011年12月收治的74例纤维支气管镜代胸腔镜微创手术患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者在对照组护理干预基础上,实施围手术期前后的心理护理干预,比较两组患者的心理状态.结果:实验组患者经过围手术期的心理护理干预后,患者的焦虑抑郁状态均较低,与对照组患者有效有显著差异,P<0.05.结论:在纤维支气管镜代胸腔镜微创手术的护理干预中,实施心理护理十分重要.

Objective:To analyze the importance of psychological care to the bronchoscopy with thoracoscopic minimal y invasive surgery. Methods:74 cases admit ed to our hospital from May 2010 to December 2011, fiberoptic bronchoscopy on behalf of thoracoscopic minimal y invasive surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group patients treated with conventional care, the experimental group patients in the control group nursing intervention basis on the implementation of psychological care before and after the intervention in the perioperative period, two groups were compared mental state.Results:experimental group patients after perioperative psychological nursing intervention, the patient's anxiety and depression were lower, with the control group effective in patients with significant differences,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the bronchoscopy on behalf of the minimally invasive thoracoscopic surgery care interventions, the implementation of psychological care is very important.
