目的:探讨人性化护理在肿瘤放疗后患者中的应用效果.方法:将76例肿瘤放疗后患者随机分为对照组和观察组各38例.对照组患者护理采用普通临床护理路径;观察组患者实施人性化护理以实现优质护理服务.结果:观察组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,并且满意度大大提高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论:人性化护理能明显减少肿瘤放疗后患者术后并发症,减轻患者的痛苦,从而提高患者对治疗及护理的满意度,值得临床推广与应用.

Objective:To explore humanistic nursing in cancer patients after radiotherapy effect of application.Methods:76 patients with tumor after radiotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 38 cases.The control group patients care by general clinical nursing path; the patients in the observation group implementation of humanistic nursing care in order to achieve high quality nursing service.Results:in the observation group, the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than the control group, and increase the satisfaction degree (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Humanistic care can significantly reduce tumor after radiotherapy for patients with postoperative complications, to alleviate the suffering of patients, so as to improve patients' treatment and nursing satisfaction, worthy of promotion and application of.
