目的:探讨腹腔镜手术对盆腔炎患者的诊治效果.方法:将我院2010年1月~2012年1月收治的85例盆腔炎患者随机分为两组,实验组患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组患者给予常规抗生素治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果:腹腔镜组患者的治疗效果更优,其症状缓解时间缩短,两组患者比较有显著差异,P<0.05;实验组患者复发率低于对照组患者,P<0.05.结论:使用腹腔镜手术治疗盆腔炎具有较好的效果,可以降低盲目性,是一种安全有效的治疗措施.
목적:탐토복강경수술대분강염환자적진치효과.방법:장아원2010년1월~2012년1월수치적85례분강염환자수궤분위량조,실험조환자급여복강경수술치료,대조조환자급여상규항생소치료,관찰비교량조환자적치료효과.결과:복강경조환자적치료효과경우,기증상완해시간축단,량조환자비교유현저차이,P<0.05;실험조환자복발솔저우대조조환자,P<0.05.결론:사용복강경수술치료분강염구유교호적효과,가이강저맹목성,시일충안전유효적치료조시.
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of laparoscopic surgery for pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:85 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,the control group were treated with conventional antibiotic treatment to observe the two groups were compared therapeutic effect.Results:The laparoscopic group,patient outcomes are better, their remission time,the two groups were significantly different,P<0.05;experimental group patients relapse rate is lower than the control group patients,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of laparoscopic surgery for pelvic inflammatory disease with good results,you can reduce blindness,is a safe and effective treatment measures.
