目的:探讨种植体支抗在牙颌畸形矫治中的应用效果.方法:将我院2010年11月~2011年4月收治的50例安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类畸形矫正治疗的患者,在完成整平排齐、关闭拔牙间隙阶段按照完全随机的原则分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规方法关闭间隙,观察组采用微型纯钛作为种植体支抗关系间隙,比较两组的治疗效果.结果:观察组的上齿槽座角(SNA)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)、模型的覆盖(OJ)等指标的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05).随访期间种植体无松动脱落现象.结论:微型纯钛种植体可提供稳定的正畸支抗,显著改善患者的面形凸度及覆颌、覆盖关系.
목적:탐토충식체지항재아합기형교치중적응용효과.방법:장아원2010년11월~2011년4월수치적50례안씨Ⅰ류、Ⅱ류기형교정치료적환자,재완성정평배제、관폐발아간극계단안조완전수궤적원칙분위관찰조화대조조,대조조채용상규방법관폐간극,관찰조채용미형순태작위충식체지항관계간극,비교량조적치료효과.결과:관찰조적상치조좌각(SNA)、상하치조좌각(ANB)、모형적복개(OJ)등지표적개선현저우우대조조(P<0.05).수방기간충식체무송동탈락현상.결론:미형순태충식체가제공은정적정기지항,현저개선환자적면형철도급복합、복개관계.
