目的:观察健肝乐颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效.方法:将120例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为两组,对照组给予基础护肝降酶治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用健肝乐颗粒治疗,分别对治疗后1、2、3、4周两组患者肝功能指标及临床症状改善情况进行评估,并对两组患者住院时间进行比较.结果:观察组患者肝功能指标恢复及临床症状改善明显,住院时间较对照组明显缩短.两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:健肝乐颗粒对恢复慢性乙型肝炎患者的肝功能,改善其临床症状效果明显,可缩短住院患者的住院时间.
목적:관찰건간악과립치료만성을형간염적료효.방법:장120례만성을형간염환자분위량조,대조조급여기출호간강매치료,관찰조재대조조치료적기출상가용건간악과립치료,분별대치료후1、2、3、4주량조환자간공능지표급림상증상개선정황진행평고,병대량조환자주원시간진행비교.결과:관찰조환자간공능지표회복급림상증상개선명현,주원시간교대조조명현축단.량조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론:건간악과립대회복만성을형간염환자적간공능,개선기림상증상효과명현,가축단주원환자적주원시간.
Objective:Observe the effect of chronic hepatitis B treated by Jian-gan-le particles.Methods:120 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients will be divided into two groups,control group was given the basis liver protection treatment,observation group added Jian-gan-le particles on the basis of the control group treatment,respectively,assessed the situation after treatment 1,2,3,4 weeks two groups of patients with liver function indicators and improvement of clinical symptoms,compared the two groups of patients hospital stay. Results:Observation group liver function recovered and clinical symptoms improved significantly,and significantly shorter hospital stay than the control group.The two groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jian-gan-le particles can recover the patient's liver function and improve clinical symptoms, can reduce hospitalization time.
