目的对切开复位锁定加压高尔夫球棒骨板固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效进行分析.方法选取2008年9月~2011年9月江西省南康市第一人民医院收治的胫骨平台骨折患者72例,随机分为两组.对照组采取L型钢板内固定治疗,观察组采取加压高尔夫球棒骨板内固定治疗,对两组手术方法的临床疗效进行比较分析.结果观察组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组手术未出现切口感染、血管神经损伤、组织感染坏死、内固定钢板松动等并发症.结论切开复位锁定加压高尔夫球棒骨板固定是治疗胫骨平台骨折安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To analysis the effectiveness of open reduction lock with golf clubs bone plate fixation in treatment of tibial plateau fracture. Methods 72 cases of patients with tibial plateau fracture were selected from September 2008 to September 2011, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group patients taked L steel plate internal fixation for treatment. The observation group patients taked golf clubs bone plate internal fixation for treatment. The clinical effect of two surgical method were compared and analysised. Results Through the comparison,total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%, and total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%. The difference was with the statistical significance (P<0.05). The complications such as infection of incision, tissue infection necrosis, internal fixation plate loose did not appear in operation. Conclusion Open reduction lock with golf clubs bone plate fixation is a safety and effective method for tibial plateau fracture, which is worthy of clinical application.
