目的:观察循证护理在肿瘤化学治疗(化疗)患者中的应用效果.方法:提出循证问题:86例肿瘤放疗患者术前、术中以及术后的护理问题;寻找循证支持:通过文献检索和文献分析等方法找到相关证据,制定确实可行的护理计划;最后对根据护理计划对86例患者实行循证护理,观察患者胃肠道反应、是否发生皮肤,胃肠道和骨髓抑制等不良反应.结果:86例肿瘤放疗患者32例出现皮肤反应,14例患者出现胃肠道反应,8例患者出现骨髓抑制(P<0.05);患者一般情况良好,明显高于文献报道恢复情况.结论:循证护理是以有价值的、可信的科学研究结果为依据,用实证对肿瘤化疗患者实施最佳护理,提高肿瘤化疗患者的恢复情况.

Objective:To observe the effect of evidence based nursing in cancer patients with radiotherapy in the applied research. Methods:86 cases of problems with evidence-based radiation oncology patients with preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing problems;searching for evidence-based support: by means of literature retrieval and literature analysis method to find the relevant evidence,make feasible plan of care;according to plan of care on 86 patients with the implementation of evidence-based nursing,observation of patients gastrointestinal reaction,whether the occurrence of skin,gastrointestinal tract and bone marrow suppression and other adverse reactions.Results:86 cases of tumor patients in radiotherapy of 32 cases skin reactions occur,14 cases of patients with gastrointestinal reactions,8 cases of patients with bone marrow depression ( P<0.05); patients in good general condition was significantly higher than that reported in the literature,the recovery. Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing is a valuable,credible scientific research results as the basis,using empirical on tumor chemotherapy patients to carry out the best nursing,improve the recovery of tumor patients with chemotherapy.
