目的:探讨和研究老年心血管疾病介入性治疗的临床护理方法.方法:对我院近年来收治的63例实施介入性治疗的老年心血管疾病患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析.结果:本组63例患者均能顺利完成手术,手术成功率96.83%,术后出现1例腹膜后血肿和1例气胸,无一例患者死亡.结论:做好护理配合,充分的术前准备、术中精密的操作以及细心的术后护理处理是心血管介入术顺利完成不可或缺的必要条件,对于术后并发症发生率的减少有着重要意义.

Objective:To study the interventional treatment of elderly cardiovascular disease clinical nursing methods.Methods:63 patients in our hospital were interventional treatment of implementation elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases were analyzed.Results:All 63 patients are able to complete operation,96.83% success rate,the postoperatie retroperitoneal hematoma in 1 and 1 case of pneumothorax,none of the patients died.Conclusion:Well done with care,sufficient preoperative preparation,intraoperative precision operation and careful postoperative nursing treatment for the incidence rate of postoperative complications were reduced to have the vital significance.
