目的:探讨重症心脏瓣膜置换术后营养支持的作用.方法:对27例重症心脏瓣膜置换术患者,营养支持于术后前3天胃肠外、胃肠内两种形式补充营养,静脉输入氨基酸、脂肪乳、人血白蛋白,鼻胃管输入混合奶.术后前3天为胃肠外营养和胃肠内营养同时进行,3天后过度到单独的胃肠内营养.结果:患者在术后1周左右的时间身体的生化指标即开始恢复正常,血液中各种蛋白的水平得到了明显的改善.结论:对重症心脏瓣膜置换患者的术后实行及时的营养支持,可使患者因手术引起的代谢紊乱能够及时的纠正,为疾病的康复提供最好的机体代谢状态.
목적:탐토중증심장판막치환술후영양지지적작용.방법:대27례중증심장판막치환술환자,영양지지우술후전3천위장외、위장내량충형식보충영양,정맥수입안기산、지방유、인혈백단백,비위관수입혼합내.술후전3천위위장외영양화위장내영양동시진행,3천후과도도단독적위장내영양.결과:환자재술후1주좌우적시간신체적생화지표즉개시회복정상,혈액중각충단백적수평득도료명현적개선.결론:대중증심장판막치환환자적술후실행급시적영양지지,가사환자인수술인기적대사문란능구급시적규정,위질병적강복제공최호적궤체대사상태.
