目的探讨宫颈癌患者外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群及血 VEGF 水平的临床意义.方法采用流式细胞仪(FCM)对34例宫颈癌患者外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群进行检测,同时应用 ELISA 法检测血 VEGF 水平.随机抽取健康女性20例为对照组,比较两组 T 淋巴细胞亚群及VEGF.结果宫颈癌患者外周血 CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值较对照组均明显下降(P <0.05),而 CD8+水平、IL-6、VEGF 显著升高.IFN-γ水平与对照组无明显差异性.肿瘤期别越晚,CD4+/CD8+比值越低,CD8+、IL-6、VEGF 水平越高,IFN-γ水平则无明显差异性.结论宫颈癌患者 T 淋巴细胞亚群改变导致细胞免疫功能降低,肿瘤细胞发生免疫逃逸,促进宫颈癌的发生、发展;VEGF 诱导肿瘤血管形成,促进宫颈癌的侵袭、转移.

Objective To study the clinical significance of T-cells subgroup and vascular endothlial growth factor level in patients with cervical cancer. Methods The levels of T-cells subgroup and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were investigated in 34 patients with cervical cancer by flow cytometry (FCM) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). 20 healthy women were selected randomly as the control group. Results In group of cervical cancer, the blood CD4+ level and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were obviously lower than that of control group, but the levels of CD8+、IL-6、VEGF were significantly higher than in control group, which changed with cervical cancer classification. There was no significantly difference of the IFN-γ level between two groups. Conclusion The change of T-cells subgroup level in patients with cervical cancer may lead to a decreased cytoimmunity functions, the tumor immune escape caused the tumorigenesis and enhanced the progression of cancer; on the other hand, VEGF induced the angiogenesis of cancer, which promoted the metastasis of cervical cancer.
