目的探讨高职高专《护理学基础》实训考核的方法并进行评价.方法建立高职高专《护理学基础》实训考核体系,通过对学生的问卷调查、考核体系建立前后护生的成绩以及实习单位等对该考核体系进行评价.结果①问卷调查:95.9%的学生对该考核体系持赞成和较赞成的态度;在16项评价内容中,3个年级赞成度最高的项目是“注重护士仪表形象”,达到了94%;赞成度最低的项目是“体现爱伤观念”.②成绩:考核体系建立前的 3个年级的操作考核成绩为(73.41±8.61)分,建立后的 3个年级学生的考核成绩为(76.73±11.54)分,二者比较有统计学意义(t=7.49,P <0.01).③实习单位:考核体系建立后,学生在“学以致用,重视基本技能的训练”、“团队协作能力”、“人际沟通能力”、“表端庄,谈吐文雅,行为得体”等方面得分高于建立前(P <0.01).结论建立的高职高专《护理学基础》实训考核体系具有较好的应用效果,能促进护生整体素质的提高.

Objective To explore and evaluate the practical training appraisal system of Fundamental Nursing for higher vocational college students. Methods The practical training appraisal system of Fundamental Nursing for higher vocational college students was established and the evaluation on the system was conducted according to the results of questionnaires, the students’ performance before and after the implementation of the system and the appraisal from the workplace for student nurses. Results According to the questionnaires, about 95.9% of the surveyed students approved of the new appraisal system and 94% of the students from three grades approved the item of “image-conscious”, but very few of them approved of the deep-concern-about-injury idea. The average scores of practical training before and after the implementation of the new appraisal system were (73.41±8.61)and(76.73± 11.54)respectively(t=7.49, P<0.01). According to the appraisal from the workplace for student nurses, the students got improved after the implementation of the new system in terms of the practical application of nursing knowledge, the cooperative ability in teamwork, the ability in communication, image-consciousness and behavior (P<0.01).Conclusion Good practical effects can be obtained by applying the new practical training appraisal system of Fundamental Nursing for higher vocational college students and the overall quality of the student nurses can be promoted greatly.
