目的观察盐酸贝那普利(洛丁新)联合氢氯噻嗪对肾性高血压的疗效.方法选择64例肾性高血压的患者,随机分为两组,A 组(治疗组)采用盐酸贝那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,B 组(对照组)单纯采用盐酸贝那普利治疗,运用统计学进行分析.结果 A 组33例患者,血压控制在140/90mmHg 以下患者18例,占54.54%,血压控制在150/90mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)以下患者13例,占39.39%;B组31例患者,血压控制在140/90mmHg 以下患者9例,占29.03%,血压控制在150/90mmHg 以下患者16例,占51.61%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01).结论盐酸贝那普利联合氢氯噻嗪能明显提高肾性高血压治疗效果.

Objective To observe the curative effect of benazepril Hydrochloride with hydrochlorothiazide to treat renal hypertension. Methods 64 patient with renal hypertension were randomly divided to two groups. The treatment group(group A)was give benazepril Hydrochloride and hydrochlorothiazide, while the matched control group(group B) was only given benazepril Hydrochlorid, analysed with statistics. Results 33 patients are arranged in group A, and among them there are 18 patients whose blood pressure is below 140/90mmHg, accounting for 54.54% and there are 13 patients whose blood pressure is below 150/90mmHg, accounting for 39.39%; in group B, there are 31 patients. 29.03% of them (9 patients) control their blood pressure below 140/90mmHg and 51.61% of them (16 patients) control their blood pressure below 150/90mmHg. The difference is meaningful in statistics(P<0.01). Conclusion It is obvious that benazepril Hydrochloride and hydrochlorothiazide improve the positive effect on the treatment of renal hypertension.
