目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在小儿热性惊厥(FS)过程中所起的作用和临床意义.方法50例小儿 FS 患者为病例组,30例门诊健康发热儿童为发热对照组,另外30例门诊正常体检儿童为健康对照组,采用 ELISA 法测定受检者血清 IL-6含量.结果病例患儿血清IL-6含量明显高于健康发热组和健康对照组.而健康发热组和健康对照组的 IL-6含量无显著性差异.结论 IL-6可能参与了小儿热性惊厥(FS)的发生发展.

Objective To investigate the role and clinical significance of interleukin-6(IL-6) in febrile seizures (FS). Methods The serum levels of IL-6 were measured by ELISA in 50 children with FS, 30 children with normal fever and 30 healthy children. Results The serum level of IL-6 in children with FS was significantly higher as compared to other two groups. No significant difference was found between the serum level of IL-6 in normal fever children and that in healthy children. Conclusion IL-6 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of FS.
