目的对帕金森病(PD)的早期诊断情况进行分析探讨.方法随机抽取在2010年1月至2012年9月间我院收治的 PD、ET、VP患者病例各28例,并另抽取同期健康体检者30例进行研究.结果 PD 组患者的嗅觉障碍发生率明显高于健康组(P<0.05),ET、VP 组患者的嗅觉障碍发生比较(P>0.05);美多巴实验反应 PD 组明显优于 VP 组(P<0.05),ET 组该实验无效.结论对帕金森病患者进行早期诊断的主要方法有嗅觉检查、鱼际肌震颤频率检查、急性美多巴反应实验,并且能够获得相对准确的诊断结果,值得关注.

Objective To Parkinson's disease (PD) study of the early diagnosis of. Method Random PD admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2012, ET, VP patient cases in 28 patients each, and take over the health checkup conducted research on 30 cases.
