目的探讨检测 miR-208a 在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者早期血清中的表达及其临床意义.方法采用实时荧光定量 RT-PCR(Real-time RT- PCR)检测我院收治的35例 AMI 患者发病后不同时间与30例正常对照组人员血清 miR-208a 表达水平,并与血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和心肌肌钙蛋白 I(CTnI)水平进行对比分析.结果正常人血清 miR-208a 维持在相对较低的水平.AMI 发作后1h 患者血清 miR-208a 的表达水平可明显升高(P<0.05),AMI 发作后3h 血清 miR-208a 即可达到峰值.皮尔森相关分析结果显示血清 miR-208a 的表达与CK-MB 和 CTnI 呈正相关(P<0.01).结论 AMI 患者早期血清 miR-208a 表达显著升高,可能是潜在的 AMI 早期血清标志物.

Objective To investigates the expression of miR-208a in serum of patients with acute myocardial injury (AMI), as well as their clinical significance. Method The blood samples were collected from 42 AMI patients at different times and 30 normal subjects. The expression levels of miR-208a in the serum were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. The relationships between miR-208a and CK-MB, CTnI were analyzed. Result Expression level of miR-208a in AMI patients′ serum, which was very low under normal condition, was significantly increased at 1h after AMI. The levels of miR-208a could be found reaching peak values at 3h post AMI.Pearson’s correlation analysis also showed that the level of serum miR-208a had positive correlation with CK-MB and CTnI (P<0.01).Conclusion The significantly up-regulated expression levels of serum miR-208a in AMI patients reflected the situation of myocardial Injury, indicating that miR-208a can be used as a potential biomarker for AMI.
