目的探讨多层 CT 在肠套叠诊断的应用价值.方法回顾性分析16例肠套叠患者的 CT 表现.结果16例肠套叠中,小肠套叠 6例,结肠套叠7例,回盲部套叠3例,本组13例可见“靶征”,9例同时可见“彗星尾征”,3例可见“双肠管征”,6例肠壁增厚,4例不全梗阻,4例可见腹水.结论 CT 在诊断肠套叠方面具有重要的临床应用价值.

Objective To study the value of muti-slice Spiral CT in the diagnosis of intussusception. Methods The CT appearances of intussusception in 16 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 6 cases of small bowel intussusceptions,7 cases of ileocolonic intussusception and 3 cases of ileocecum intussusception. In all appearances, the main sign of”target signs” in 13 cases were found, the signs of“comet tail signs” in 9 cases were found and the sign of “double intestines signs” in 3 caseswere found.Incomplete intestinal obstruction 4 cases, thickness of the bowel wall 6 cases,abdominal ascites 4 cases. Conclusions Muti-slice CT scanning has high value for diagnosing adult intussusception.
