为了解决智能电能表在实验室检测合格,却在现场运行出现通信故障的问题,本文提出一种测试方法,通过模拟实际运行过程中智能电能表与采集终端可能出现的不正常的通信状况,来检测电能表对通信协议解析的正确性、对错误通信帧的屏蔽处理能力、多负载情况下通信效率、通信收发时序以及电能表通信的抗干扰能力,综合判定电能表在通信方面的可靠性.通过该方法建立起的测试系统已经应用于实际,多次检测出表计通信问题,成功阻止有隐患的智能电能表进入电网.

In order to solve the problem that smart electricity meter are qualified in the laboratory testing , but unqualified in the field due to communication fault, this paper puts forward a testing method, through the simulation of the abnormal communication state in the field between smart electricity meter and data terminal, to inspect the accuracy of communication protocol understanding, the capability of shielding error frame, the efficiency of communication in the situation of multi-load, the transceiver sequence and the anti-interference abil ity of communication, then judge the communication reliability. The test system established by this method has been used in the field, detecting communication problems of meters more than one time, so the meters with hidden trouble have been prevented into the power grid.
