目的研究手法复位联合小夹板外固定对肱骨外科颈骨折的治疗效果.方法将2009年3月至2011年5月于我院收治的肱骨外科颈骨折的患者共25例采用手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗,另选取同期的进行手术内固定的肱骨外科颈骨折的患者13例,对比观察其治疗效果.结果25例患者中24例达到骨性愈合,骨性愈合率为96.0%.其中恢复者(骨性愈合,解剖复位,肩关节活动基本正常)18例,好转者(骨性愈合,功能复位,肩关节活动尚好)5例,差者(骨性畸形愈合,但骨折对位差,肩关节活动差)1例.13例手术内固定患者有12例患者达到骨性愈合,骨性愈合率为92.31%.其中恢复者 8例,好转者 3例,差者1例.两组骨性愈合率对比无统计学差异.结论对肱骨外科颈骨折患者采用准确的手法复位联合有效的小夹板固定以及早期功能锻炼可达到骨性愈合,肩关节功能有效恢复,取得良好的治疗效果.值得临床推广.

Objective Research technique reset in combination with small plywood on the humerus surgical neck fractures fixed treatment outcome. Methods Will March 2009-May 2011 in our records of humerus fractures of the neck surgery patients with 25 cases by the gimmick reset in combination with small plywood external fixation treatment, observe the therapeutic effect. Results 24 patients of 25 patients with osteoarthritis, including reached healing the osseous healing , the rate of osseous healing was 96.0%.And recovery (anatomical reattachment shoulder basic normal activities, 18 cases, the better) (osseous healing reduction, function, shoulder activities is good), 5 cases dealing (oseous deformity healing, but fracture poor, poor shoulder vs activities) in 1 cases.12 patients of 13 internal fixation patients reached osseous healing , the rate of osseous healing was 92.31%, and recovery 8 cases , the better was 3 cases , the dealing was 1 cases. Conclusion Surgical patients with fracture of humerus neck with accurate technique reset the small plywood joint effective fixed and early functional exercise can achieve osseous healing, shoulder function recovery, obtain good effective treatment effect. Worth clinical promotion.
