目的观察丙泊酚、利多卡因联合对放置节育环手术效果的影响,以供参考.方法选择2010年8月至2012年7月在三水区人民医院妇科门诊放置节育环的妇女165例,随机分为两组.对照组采用常规方法放置节育环,观察组在丙泊酚、利多卡因联合麻醉状态下放置节育环.观察两组手术时间、疼痛程度和放环成功率的差异.结果相比于对照组,观察组手术时间较短,患者主诉 VAS 评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).两组放环成功率相比较,无明显的统计学差异(P >0.05).结论在丙泊酚、利多卡因联合麻醉的状态下进行放置节育环手术,可缩短手术时间、减轻育龄期妇女的痛苦、增加其放环手术依从性,值得在临床上推广.

Objective To observe the effect of Propofol combined Lidocaine on the intrauterine device placing operation effect, for future clinical reference. Methods Choose 165 cases of IUD placed women from Aug. 2010 to Jul. 2012 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group using conventional methods of IUD placed, the observation group given Propofol combined Lidocaine anesthesia condition placed IUD. Observe the two groups of operation time, the degree of pain and the relative success rate difference. Results Compared with the control group, operation time of the observation group was shorter, the patient complained of VAS score was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05 ). The relative success rate of the two groups comparison, no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion Propofol combined Lidocaine anesthesia, under the state placed IUD operation, shorten the operation time, relieve the pain of women of childbearing age, increasing their relative operation compliance, it is worthy of clinical popularization.
