目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)检测应用于诊断、治疗和控制糖尿病的临床价值,为糖尿病的临床诊治提供临床依据.方法选取我院70例糖尿病患者作为观察组(均按 WHO 糖尿病诊断标准确诊为2型糖尿病),并且选取同期健康体检者50例作为对照组,两组均采集空腹静脉血2mL,利用糖化血红蛋白仪和相关配套的试剂,严格根据标准操作程序检测 HbA1c,空腹血糖(FPG)采用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测.结果观察组糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和空腹血糖(FPG)均明显高于对照组健康体检者(P<0.05).结论对糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的检测能准确的反映血糖水平的控制情况,其临床应用对糖尿病的预防、诊断和控制均有重要价值.

Objective To observe the glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c) testing used in the clinical value of diagnosis, treatment and control of diabetes in attempt to provide the clinical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. Method Selected 70 cases of hospital patients with diabetes as the observation group (according to WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes), and selected 50 cases of healthy persons during the same period as the control group, two groups were collected for fasting blood 2mL . The use of glycated hemoglobin analyzer and related reagents, strictly in accordance with standard operating procedures for detection of HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose (FPG) using the glucose oxidase test. Results Observation group with diabetes glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) were significantly higher than healthy subjects (P<0.05). Conclusion Detection of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) can accurately reflect the control of blood sugar levels and its clinical application to diabetes prevention, diagnosis and control are of great value.
