目的比较内镜下不同浓度的乙酸喷洒对直肠黏膜轮廓增强作用.方法选择行结肠镜检查的患者103例,随机分为两组,分别使用1.5%和3.0%的乙酸喷洒直肠黏膜后观察.结果两种浓度的乙酸溶液喷洒后的轮廓增强无反应时间和轮廓增强持续时间无显著性差异(P>0.05),而3.0%的乙酸喷洒后轮廓增强消失时间明显延长(P <0.05),且两种浓度乙酸溶液均未发生严重不并发症.结论浓度为3.0%的乙酸溶液更适合临床应用.

Objective Comparison of endoscopic different concentration of acetic acid spraying on the rectal mucosa contour enhancement effect. Methods Selection of colonoscopy in 103 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, using 1.5% and 3% acetic acid spraying rectal mucosa after observation. Results Two different concentration of acetic acid solution after spraying the contour enhancement without reaction time and contour enhancement duration had no significant difference (P>0.05 ), and 3% acetic acid after spraying contour enhancement disappeared time was significantly prolonged (P<0.05 ), and the two concentration of acetic acid solution were no serious complications. Conclusions 3% of the concentration of acetic acid solution is more suitable for clinical application.
