为了探讨CT螺旋诊断腰椎间盘突出的应用价值.回顾性分析101例腰椎间盘突出的病例.CT诊断结果分析表明,单侧腰椎间盘最多见,共45例,其次分别为中央腰椎间盘突出、并发性腰椎狭窄椎间盘突出、椎管外突出.CT诊断为腰间椎突出诊断和治疗提供了重要的医学参考价值.

To investigate the values of CT spiral diagnostic on lumbar disc herniation, 101 cases of lumbar disc herniation cases were summarized with retrospective analysis. The results of CT diagnostic tests showed that unilateral lumbar disc was the most common, for a total of 45 cases, followed by the central lumbar intervertebral disc, concurrency with lumbar spinal stenosis plus disc herniation, spinal canal and protruding.CT diagnosis provided important medical reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
