目的优选乳核分散片的最佳提取工艺.方法以有效成分丹参酮ⅡA含量和浸膏得率为考察指标,采用正交试验设计,对乳核分散片的醇提工艺进行优化.结果最佳醇提工艺条件为:加入6倍、4倍量70%乙醇提取两次,分别提取1.0h、0.5h.结论优选的提取工艺合理、快速、简便可行,可为乳核分散片工业化生产提供实验依据.

Objective To optimize the extract technology of Ruhe dispersible tablets. Methods The optimum ethanol extracting technology was selected with the content and extraction efficiency of tanshinoneⅡA through the orthogonal test. Results The optimum extraction process by ethanol was adding 70%ethanol which was 6 or 4 times the quantity of medicine and extracting twice (the first time for one hour, and the second time for half an hour). Conclution The extraction process is reasonable, rapid, simple, and can provides experiment basis for the optimization of Ruhe dispersible tablets.
