目的探究美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭时患者脑利钠肽水平变化情况.方法将我院2010年5月至2011年5月之间收录的74例心力衰竭患者随机的进行分为两组,对照组37例采取常规药物治疗,而观察组37例在常规治疗基础上加用美托洛尔治疗,观察两组治疗前后脑利钠肽水平变化.结果通过两组的对比分析,两组患者治疗后的脑利钠肽的水平均比治疗前有明显改变,比较具有明显的差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者在治疗后的脑利钠肽改善情况明显优于对照组的情况,比较具有明显的差异(P<0.05),统计学有意义.结论对心力衰竭患者采取美托洛尔治疗具有较好的临床疗效,能够大大地改善患者脑利钠肽水平,值得临床中应用.

Objective To explore metoprolol treatment for heart failure in patients with brain natriuretic peptide level changes. Methods From May 2010 to May 2011, collected between 74 patients with heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups of and control group in 37 cases take routine drug therapy, and observation group of 37 cases in the conventional treatment on the basis of plus with metoprolol therapy, observe the two groups before and after treatment of brain natriuretic peptide level change. Results Through the two groups of comparative analysis of the two groups after treatment in patients with brain natriuretic peptide levels are better than before treatment have obvious change, comparison has the obvious difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The heart failure patients take metoprolol therapy has better clinical curative effect, can greatly improve patients with brain natriuretic peptide levels, it is worth clinical application.
