目的?探讨痰热清注射液治疗肺炎的临床疗效.方法?选取2010年12月至2011年12月期间在我院接受治疗的肺炎患者58例,随机将所有患者分为对照组和研究组各29例.对照组给予左氧氟沙星静脉滴注进行治疗,研究组在对照组用药的基础上加用痰热清注射液进行治疗.结果?治疗后,对照组的总有效率为89.66%,研究组的总有效率为100%,经比较,研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应.结论?采用痰热清注射液治疗肺炎疗效显著且无严重不良反应发生,具有临床应用价值.

Objective?To?explore?the?clinical?effect?of?Tanreqing?Injection?in?the?treatment?of?pneumonia.?Methods?From?2010?December?~2011?year?during?December?in?our?hospital?for?treatment?of?patients?with?pneumonia?in?58?cases,?all?patients?were?randomly?divided?into?control?group?and?study?group?with 29 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous infusion of levofloxacin for treatment, research group in the control group based on the use?of?Tanreqing?injection?treatment.?Results?After treatment, the control group in the total efficiency of 89.66%, research group in the total efficiency was 100%, by comparison, study group was better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).?Two?groups?of?patients?during?treatment?there?were?no?serious?adverse?reaction.?Conclusion?The?use?of?Tanreqing?Injection?in?the?treatment?of?pneumonia?curative?effect?and?no?serious?adverse?reaction?occurred,?with?the?value?of?clinical?application.
