目的?探究桑菊清解汤对慢性吸烟大鼠气道炎症的影响.方法?将慢性吸烟Wistar?大鼠随机分成:①吸烟对照组(吸烟组).②N-乙酰半胱氨酸组(NAC组).③低剂量桑菊清解汤组(低剂量组).④高剂量桑菊清解汤(高剂量组).⑤空白对照组(对照组).测定吸烟组、NAC组、低剂量组、高剂量组吸烟第60天的肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞计数和分类,同时测定BALF中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)含量.结果?慢性吸烟大鼠第60天BALF中白细胞总数、中性粒细胞数及IL-8水平均显著高于空白组;高、低剂量组与NAC组BALF中白细胞总数、中性粒细胞数和IL-8水平均显著降低.高、低剂量组与NAC组比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异,高、低剂量组比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异.结论?桑菊清解汤对慢性吸烟大鼠肺损伤的保护作用,可能与降低气道白细胞总数、中性粒细胞数和IL-8水平相关.且桑菊清解汤控制气道炎症的水平与剂量相关.

목적?탐구상국청해탕대만성흡연대서기도염증적영향.방법?장만성흡연Wistar?대서수궤분성:①흡연대조조(흡연조).②N-을선반광안산조(NAC조).③저제량상국청해탕조(저제량조).④고제량상국청해탕(고제량조).⑤공백대조조(대조조).측정흡연조、NAC조、저제량조、고제량조흡연제60천적폐포관세액(BALF)중백세포계수화분류,동시측정BALF중백세포개소-8(IL-8)함량.결과?만성흡연대서제60천BALF중백세포총수、중성립세포수급IL-8수평균현저고우공백조;고、저제량조여NAC조BALF중백세포총수、중성립세포수화IL-8수평균현저강저.고、저제량조여NAC조비교,P<0.05,유현저성차이,고、저제량조비교,P<0.05,유현저성차이.결론?상국청해탕대만성흡연대서폐손상적보호작용,가능여강저기도백세포총수、중성립세포수화IL-8수평상관.차상국청해탕공제기도염증적수평여제량상관.
Objective?To find out the effects of Sangju Qingjie Decoction on airway inflammation of chronic smoking rats. Method?Randomly?divide?the?Wistar?rats?into?5?groups,?namely?①Smoking?Control?Group?(Smoking?Group),?②N-Acetyl?Cysteine?Group?(NAC?Group),?③Low?Dose?Sangju?Qingjie?Decoction?Group?(Low?Dose?Group),?④High?Dose?Sangju?Qingjie?Decoction?Group?(High?Dose?Group),?⑤Blank?Control?Group?(Blank?Group).?After?60?days?of?smoking,?the?rats?in?Smoking?Group,?NAC?Group,?Low?Dose?Group?and?High?Dose?Group?were?given?detection?on?the?number?and?type?of?white?cells?in?Broncho?Alveolar?Lavage?Fluid?(BALF)?and?the?content?of?Interleukin-8.?Result?The?numbers?of?white?cells?and?neutrophile?granulocyte,?and?the?IL-8 level of all chronic smoking rats are significantly higher than those of Blank Group. The numbers of white cells and neutrophile granulocyte, and the IL-8 level of High Dose, Low Dose and NAC Group are significantly reduced. Comparing with the NAC Group, High Dose and Low Dose Group display a significant difference with P<0.05?which?can?also?be?found?between?the?High?Dose?Group?and?Low?Dose?Group.?Conclusion?The?result?shows?that?the?reason?why?Sangju?Qingjie?Decoction?can?protect?the?chronic?smoking?rats?from?chronic?injury?of?lungs?might?rely?on?its?effect?of?reducing?the?white?cell?and?neutrophile granulocyte number and the IL-8 level. It also indicates that the effects of Sangju Qingjie Decoction on airway inflammation relate to the dose.
