目的?研究用薄膜包衣技术提高绿梅止泻颗粒的防吸湿性.方法?采用薄膜包衣工艺技术,选取3种包衣液处方,通过对颗粒的溶化时间和防潮性能的综合比较,筛选最佳的包衣材料.结果?用高防潮胃溶型薄膜包衣预混剂对本品颗粒包衣后,颗粒溶化时间略有增加,吸湿率比未包衣的颗粒吸湿率低,防潮性好.结论?本品可以采用高防潮胃溶型薄膜包衣预混剂进行包衣,对提高其防吸湿性有明显效果.
