随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑业也取得了突飞猛进的发展.但在高速发展的背后,也产生了一些现实问题.本文主要针对工程建设投资领域长期以来的“三超”现象进行研究,并结合实践经验,对目前工程建设造价管理中存在的问题进行深入研讨,以此为基础提出改进对策,期待能对我国相关研究工作提供参照.

With the economic development of our country, the construction industry has made a spurt of progress of develop-ment. Behind the high-speed development, it is also produced a number of practical problems. In this paper, engineering con-struction investment area for a long time for the “three over” p-henomenon research, and combining the practical experience, in-depth discussion of the construction cost management in the existing problems at present, puts forward improvement meas-ures, look forward to provide reference for the related researc-hes in our country.
