目的探讨超声乳化+植入人工晶体治疗超高度近视合并白内障的临床效果.方法对62例(87眼)超高度近视合并白内障的患者施行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术.结果术后3个月,眼轴在27~30mm有52眼,其中视力≥1.0者8眼(15.38%),视力≥0.5者27眼(51.92%),视力≥0.1者16眼(30.76%),视力<0.1者1眼(1.92%);眼轴在>30 mm有35眼,其中视力≥1.0者3眼(8.60%),视力≥0.5者9眼(25.71%),视力≥0.1者21眼(60.00%),视力<0.1者2眼(5.71%),二者有明显差异.结论超高度近视合并白内障施行白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术具有术后视力恢复快,但恢复程度与眼轴长度及眼底病变有直接关系.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using phacoemulsification and artificial lens implantation to treat extreme myopia with cataract. Methods Perform phacoemulsification and artificial lens implantation on 62 patients (87 eyes) with extreme myopia and cataract. Results Eyes are divided into two groups. The first group is made up of 52 eyes, the axial length of which is within 27-30 mm. The second group is made up of 35 eyes, the axial length of which exceeds 30 mm. Three months after surgery, 8 eyes (15.38%) in the first group have vision≥1.0, 27 eyes (51.92%) have vision≥0.5, 16 eyes (30.76%) have vision≥0.1, only 1 eye (1.92%) has vision<0.1;In the second group, 3 eyes (8.6%) have vision≥1.0, 9 eyes (25.71%) have vision≥0.5, 21 eyes (60.00%) have vision≥0.1, 2 eyes (5.71%) have vision<0.1. Significant difference exists between two groups. Conclusion The vision of all patients with extreme myopia and cataract enjoy recovery after the surgery of phacoemulsification and artificial lens implantation, while the recovery level depends on the axial length and retinopathy.
