目的?处于护理模式转变的关键时刻,规范护理行为可以探索在今后的临床护理及护理管理中应怎样为患者提供优质高效的护理服务,评价病患内心真实需求,满足患者的心里和生理需求.方法回顾分析338名患者,统计各项指标,分析患者实际需求.结果通过分析患者的需求找出工作中的不足,合理安排护理工作,提高护理服务质量.结论规范护理行为可以提高护理服务质量及护理工作者的综合素质,提高患者的满意度,值得在基层普通内科推广.

Objective With the change in the pattern of care, we should standardize the nursing conduct for the evaluation of the quality of patients’ psychological demands, in order to explore how the provision of High-quality care and efficient services meet the patient's physical and psychological needs in the future of nursing management and clinical care. Method To take a random sample survey of 338 patients with the percentage of indicators for the statistics on patients’ requirements on nursing conduct. Result By understanding the needs of the patients, we shall find the inadequacy in our work and take reasonable care arrangements to improve the quality of nursing service. Conclusion the standardized nursing behaviors can improve the quality of nursing service and nursing staff 's comprehensive quality, enhance patient satisfaction, is worth in the primary General Department of internal medicine promotion
