目的?探讨彩色多普勒技术对临床应用价值.方法对185例女性乳腺肿块患者,采用彩色多普勒超声对乳腺二维声像图特征、肿块内部及周边血流进行观察和研究,并根据病理结果对比分析.结果各种乳腺肿块声像图大小、形态、内部回声、后方增强、衰减表现不一致,良恶性肿块血流特点差异较大.结论乳腺肿块应以超声二维图像为基础,同时与彩色多普勒血流动力学改变的综合性指标相结合,特别是对乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断有很大帮助.

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of color Doppler technology Methods 185 cases of female patients with breast masses, using color Doppler ultrasound for breast ultrasound characteristics, tumor and peripheral blood flow were observed and examined, and according to the pathological findings of ratio analysis. Results All kinds of breast lumps size, shape, internal echo, posterior enhancement, attenuation performance inconsistency, benign and malignant tumors in different flow characteristics. Conclusion Breast masses should be with two-dimensional ultrasound image based, at the same time with the color Doppler hemodynamic alterations in the omnibus index combination, especially on breast malignant tumor diagnosis will be of great help.
