三轴燃气轮机应用于船舶电力推进,由于其转子结构的复杂性,其动态性能和控制与单轴燃气轮机具有较大的区别;因而,船舶电力推进三轴燃气轮机的动态性能及控制策略也是人们十分关心的问题.该文运用自主开发的通用模块化燃气轮机仿真软件 SJGT,对三轴燃气轮机动态性能进行计算;采取变偏微分线性化的方法求解非线性微分方程,对三轴燃气轮机在船舶电力推进甩负荷情况下的动力涡轮转子的动态特性进行了研究.另外,探讨了运用多回路反馈调节的控制器取代普通的单回路控制器的控制策略及方案,以提高系统动态运行品质和安全性.

Three-shaft gas turbines are applied to marine electric propulsion system, and their dynamic performance and control strategy arrested investigator’s attention, because they are very different from single-shaft gas turbines in complicated rotor structure. In this study, a nonlinear differential equation set is built to calculate dynamic performance of three-shaft gas turbine and a simulation model of three-shaft marine electric propulsion gas turbine is constructed using newly developed software SJGT. The dynamic behavior of the power turbine rotor was investigated in the case of load rejection. Multi-closed loop control system, instead of traditional one, is introduced in order to improve the system quality and safety.
