目的:观察预注不同剂量舒芬太尼对丙泊酚注射痛的作用.方法:将76例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级患者随机分为A、B、C和D组.A组注射丙泊酚前5 min给予生理盐水,B组、C组和D组给予丙泊酚前5 min分别给予给予0.1μg/kg、0.2μg/kg和0.4μg/kg舒芬太尼,5 min后静注2 mg/kg丙泊酚麻醉,并行VAS疼痛评分.结果:与A组相比,C组和D组注射痛发生率明显下降(P<0.05);D组严重程度明显轻于A、B组(P<0.05).结论:麻醉前静脉给予0.4μg/kg舒芬太尼,可有效减少丙泊酚注射痛的发生率.

Objective To observe the effects of pre-injection different doses of sufentanil in reducing injec?tion pain. Methods Seventy-six ASAⅠ-Ⅱpatients were randomly divided into four groups:A,B,C and D group. Group A was administered saline before propofol injection, and group B,C and D were administered 0.1μg/kg, 0.2μg/kg and 0.4μg/kg sufentanil respectively 5 min before propofol injection and VAS pain score was re?corded. Results Compared with group A, the incidence of injection pain in group C and D was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The severity of injection pain in group D was significantly lower than those in group A and B(P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous sufentanil 0.4 μg/kg before anesthesia could reduce the incidence of propofol injection pain.
