Establishing training scheme for medical record management staffs ’ personal quality in a new Three-A Hospital ,by means such as various skill training plans ,standard of service process ,mock integrated exercises and practical operating examination , in order to improve the standardization and accuracy of inpatients’ transaction quality ,thus reduce the wrong coding rate for cases of medical records .Moreover ,to promote the professional quality and work efficiency of medical staffs so as to build up brand image of the hospital .
