研究目的:调查大庆市民主村等6村耕地保护与劳动力转移现状,分析两者关系,并探讨存在的问题.研究方法:问卷调查和比较分析法.研究结果:(1)农户收入水平影响其耕地保护行为;(2)现有农户收入与耕地保护门槛收益存在较大差距;(3)扩大农业经营规模是提高农户务农收益的重要途径;(4)现有劳动力转移方式需开辟新渠道.研究结论:转移农业剩余劳动力,形成农业规模化经营,使农户收益达到耕地保护的门槛收益,是实现耕地有效保护的重要途径之一.

The purpose of the paper is to investigate the status of cultivated land conservation and labor migration in six villages of Daqing City, to analyze the relationship between them, and further to discuss the existing problems. Methods of questionnaire investigation and comparative analysis were employed. The results indicate that 1) the cultivated land conservation behavior was affected by income level of farmers;2) there is bigger gap between the existing farmers' income and the threshold returns of cultivated land conservation;3) an important approach of improving farmers' income is to achieve the agricultural operation scale;4) the new channels need to be opened up for transferring the surplus agricultural labor. In conclusion, one of the important ways to realize cultivated land conservation is to improve farmers' income to reach the threshold returns of cultivated land conservation through transferring surplus agricultural labors so as to achieve the scale efficiency of agricultural operation.
