针对医院患者满意度评价的发展现状,从拉近医患关系、服务患者的角度进行研究探索,充分发挥电子数据安全、便捷、准确的特点,通过电子满意度评价系统收集患者评价数据,再对数据进行统计分析,准确了解患者对医疗质量、服务质量、医德医风、廉洁行医等方面的意见,为医院改进服务、科学决策提供准确依据.
針對醫院患者滿意度評價的髮展現狀,從拉近醫患關繫、服務患者的角度進行研究探索,充分髮揮電子數據安全、便捷、準確的特點,通過電子滿意度評價繫統收集患者評價數據,再對數據進行統計分析,準確瞭解患者對醫療質量、服務質量、醫德醫風、廉潔行醫等方麵的意見,為醫院改進服務、科學決策提供準確依據.

According to the status of the development of patient’s satisfaction evaluation system, in view of closing doctor patient relationship and serving for patient, full playing of the characteristics of electronic data such as safety, convenience and accuracy, patient's evaluation data are collected by electronic satisfaction evaluation system. By data analysis, patient's opinions on medical quality, service quality, medical discipline and moral and medical ethics are understood to give evidence for promoting hospital service and scientific decision making.
