    Based on the concept and operation mode of a large multinational company, new mode of pubic hospital logistic reform, describes as constructing large regional centered hospital logistic service sharing center which centered on large public hospital and united with regional hospital is presented. The feasibility, construction mode and key points on operation of hospital logistic service sharing center is discussed and gives theory guideline for public hospital logistic reform.
