为了建立和完善符合国情的医院分级管理评价体系,对医院评审标准框架结构的设计作了研究.作者以浙江省医院评审标准的几轮实践为基础,吸收了国内外医院评价的先进经验,总结并设计了浙江省第三轮医院评审标准的框架结构,经实践测试认为符合中国现代医院发展要求,结构简明扼要,涵盖内容全面,可为新一轮医院等级评审标准框架结构的设计建模作参考.

The objective of this study is to establish and improve hospital hierarchical management accreditation system. Based on the practices of hospital accreditation in Zhejiang province and referred by the experiences of hospital accreditation at home and abroad, the framework of the third version Zhejiang Provincial Hospital Accreditation Standard Framework has been designed and practiced. It shows that the new system matches the demands of Chinese hospital development, concise in structure, comprehensive in content. It can give reference on designing the new round hospital hierarchical accreditation standard framework.
