The article summarizes the implements of joint training medical graduates under the mode of hospital managing education and hospital union cultivation. Combination with the quality evaluation results of joint training sections, the problems on joint education such as the weakness of research innovation capacity, dull of research fields and insensitive of teaching have been analyzed and measures on quality improvement as strengthening connotation construction, clarifying research direction and discipline characteristics,improving the teacher quality are proposed.
