目的:利用医院感染实时监控系统,提高手术部位感染目标性监测的效率和质量.方法:制定手术部位感染病例筛查策略和预警条件,进行感染病例的判别与确认,系统自动记录监测内容,并进行相关指标的统计与报告,同时通过交互平台进行信息反馈与干预.结果:通过系统可得到准确的手术部位感染病例,并得到全面、准确的监测指标,通过监测数据的利用,可提高手术部位感染预防控制水平.结论:通过实时监控系统的手术部位目标性监测功能,最大限度地解决了大量数据自动、准确登记、统计和分析问题,为现场干预提供了有力的数据支持,使感染管理专职人员有更多的时间深入临床一线进行调查、督导和干预,从而大大提高了监测效率和监测质量.

Objectives:To improve the efficiency and quality of surgery site infection monitoring by hospital infection real time monitoring system. Methods:Screening strategy and early warning conditions were designed to judge and assure infection cases, the real time monitoring system automatically recorded the data and carried out statistics and report, then the data were feedback and intervention measures were carried by cross platform. Results:By real time monitoring system, the accuracy surgery site infection cases can be identified. By the system, all round and accuracy monitoring index can be got and surgery site infection control management has been improved. Conclusions:By the function of real time monitoring system, data automatic record, analysis and analysis has been achieved and gives strong support for site intervention. Professional hospital infection management staff has got more time to get site investigation, inspection and intervention, the efficiency and quality of hospital infection monitoring has been promoted.
