研发医院传染病实时监控与预警系统,实现医院传染病病例的自动筛查和分析,实现实时监测预警与及时控制.方法:依据各种传染病诊断标准中的诊断条件和危险因素,参考以往传染病监测报告经验,利用医院感染实时监测系统和现代信息技术,研制传染病实时监测系统,收集医院内各信息系统中传染病相关数据.结果:制订出医院传染病疑似病例、确诊病例的筛查策略和预警条件;开发出“医院传染病实时监控与预警系统”,实时采集医院内各信息系统中传染病相关数据,根据各信息与传染病发生相关程度进行权重排序等策略,自动整合分析后输出传染病疑似病例预警信息,反馈给临床医生进行确诊,并生成报告卡,并通过交互模块,实现传染病预防与控制措施的干预.结论:研发的“医院传染病实时监测预警系统”,实现对患者从入院到出院的全过程传染病信息追踪,实现传染病疑似病例的自动筛查.提高了传染病管理专职人员的工作效率,具有实时、高效、准确的特点.

Objectives:To research and develop hospital communicable disease real time monitoring and early warning system to realize hospital communicable disease automatic screening and analysis and to realize real time monitoring, early warning and timely control. Methods:Based on the communicable disease diagnosis standards and risk factors, combined with the experience of communicable disease report, using hospital infection real time monitoring system and modern information technology, communicable disease real time monitoring system has been developed to collect communicable disease data from different hospital information system. Results:The screening strategy and early warning conditions for suspected case and conformed cases have been developed. Communicable disease real time monitoring system has been developed and communicable disease related data has been collected. By strategy of relevancy weight, suspected communicable disease case early warning information can be integrated and send to doctor. After conforming, the system can automatically create report card. By cross platform, communicable disease prevention and control intervention measures can be practiced. Conclusions:Hospital communicable disease real time monitoring system can realize all around information monitoring and automatic screening. It has been promoted communicable disease professional management staff's efficiency and has the characteristics of real time, high efficiency and accuracy.
