通过对慢性鼻窦炎两组患者的临床数据调查,发现实施临床路径患者(路径组)的治愈率为60.5%,比未实施临床路径患者(控制组)的治愈率(28.8%)有明显上升,但平均住院费用、平均住院日等指标也显著增加,表明临床路径在慢性鼻窦炎病种的应用上能提高治疗效果,但可能会增加费用和住院时间.

Based on a survey of the clinical pathway practice for chronic sinusitis, differences were compared between clinical pathway patients (CP group) and non-clinical pathway patients (control group). It found that the cure rate for CP group is 60.5%,which was significantly higher than control group(28.8%). But the average medical expenses, the average length of stay were also significantly higher than the control group. It indicated that the clinical pathway could improve the therapeutic effect in the application of chronic sinusitis, but increased the cost and the length of stay in hospital.
