The seventeen sessions of six plenary of CCP conferences made comprehensive deploy to deepen the reform of the cultural management system and promote socialist cultural prosperity and development. Guide by the spirit of this conferences, West China Medical School of Sichuan University/ West China Hospital further improved the organization structure and working mechanism for the hospital's cultural construction management and practiced in aspects of planning, system, environment and model to explore with counterparts and further developing hospital culture construction.
