嘉定新城大厦结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架—核心筒,属于平面与立面均不规则复杂超限高层建筑.本文分析了结构的超限情况并确定结构局部部位抗震性能目标,通过小震弹性计算、中震弹性计算、大震弹塑性静力分析,并采取合理的抗震构造措施,保证建筑物满足相关规范要求,抗震性能目标的实现.

Jiading Xincheng Mansion structural system of rei-nforced concrete frame-tube is belonged to the plane and elev-ateon are irregular and complicated high-rise building. This pa-per analyzes the structure and to determine the overrun part of structural seismic performance objectives, calculation, throug-h a smal earthquake in seismic elastic calculation, earthquake pushover analysis, and take reasonable measures to ensure the seismic structure, building to meet the requirements of relevant codes, realize the seismic performance objectives.
