从我国东、中、西部成人教育发展的角度,总结东、中、西部成人教育发展非均衡的现状及原因,并提出东、中、西部成人教育整体协调发展的对策,即国家及各级政府要从政策和财政上保障东、中、西部成人教育的协调发展、加强东、中、西部合作办学,提高西部地区的人才素质、搞好东、中、西部网络资源共享,加快西部地区远程网络教育进程.
從我國東、中、西部成人教育髮展的角度,總結東、中、西部成人教育髮展非均衡的現狀及原因,併提齣東、中、西部成人教育整體協調髮展的對策,即國傢及各級政府要從政策和財政上保障東、中、西部成人教育的協調髮展、加彊東、中、西部閤作辦學,提高西部地區的人纔素質、搞好東、中、西部網絡資源共享,加快西部地區遠程網絡教育進程.

The article summed up the eastern, central and western development of adult education from the point of view of the development of adult education in the eastern,central and western, non-equilibrium situation and reason. And put forward some countermeasures about the coordinated development of adult education in the east-ern, central and western:to protect East in countries and governments at all levels from policy and financial devel-opment of the western adult education coordination, strengthen the eastern, central and western cooperative edu-cation, improve the quality of talent in the western region, and do a good job in the eastern, central and western network resource sharing, remote network education process to speed up the western region.
