目的评价穴位刺激调控法联合舍曲林治疗广泛性焦虑症(GAD)的疗效和安全性.方法对60例符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断(第三版)》GAD 诊断标准的患者,分为研究组(穴位刺激调控法联合舍曲林组)30例,和对照组(舍曲林组)30例,治疗6周,用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和抗抑郁药副反应量表(SERS)评定疗效和副反应.结果两组 HAMA 总分治疗前无统计学差异.两组 HAMA 分值在治疗后6周比治疗前有统计学差异(P<0.01),两组治疗后均有疗效.两组间 HAMA 分值的比较,在第2、4、6周两组间均有统计学差异(均 P<0.01),说明研究组比对照组起效更快.治疗2、6周后两组副反应无统计学差异.结论穴位刺激调控法联合舍曲林治疗 GAD 疗效确切、起效快、副反应少,值得临床推广.

[ ] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint stimulating control (ASC) combined with sertraline administration in treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD). Methods Sixty GAD patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group(n=30),the treatment group received ASC combined with sertraline for 6 weeks; the control group received sertraline treatment only. Hamilton Rating Scale (HAMA) and Rating Scale for Side Effects for Anxiety were used for assessment of the clinical efficacy and side effects. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of HAMA between two groups before treatment. Significant difference was found in scores of HAMA between two groups (P<0.01). And there was significant difference in scores of HAMA between two groups at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks (P<0.01). The curative effect of treatment group was better and faster than that of control group. There was no difference in incidence of side effect be-tween treatment group and control group. Conclusion ASC combined with sertraline is an effective therapy with fast effect and less side effect for generalized anxiety disorder.
