目的观察白芍总苷联合糖皮质激素治疗结缔组织病所致间质性肺病的疗效.方法将68例结缔组织病所致肺间质纤维化患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组47例使用白芍总苷联合强的松治疗,对照组21例使用秋水仙碱联合强的松治疗.观察两组患者治疗后症状改善、肺功能、胸部高分辨 CT 所见等变化.结果治疗后6个月两组上述观察指标与治疗前比较均有显著好转(均 P<0.05);而两组间治疗前或治疗后比较,差异均无统计学意义(均 P >0.05).结论白芍总苷治疗肺间质纤维化有一定疗效.

[ ] Objective To observe the efficacy of combined total peony glucosides with glucocorticoids in treatment of patients with interstitial lung disease induced by connective tissue disorder. Methods Sixty-eight patients with interstitial lung disease induced by connective tissue disorder were randomly divided into two groups: 47 patients were treated by combination of total peony glucosides with prednisone (trial group), and 21 patients were treated y colchicine with prednisone (control group). The improvement of symptoms, pulmonary function, and high resolution CT of lung were examined before and after the treatment of each group. Results The symptoms, pulmonary function and high resolution CT of lung were al significantly improved in each group after treatment for six months(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in therapeutic effect between two groups before and after treatment (P >0.05). Conclusion Total peony glucosides is effective in treatment of interstitial lung disease induced by connective tissue disorder.
