目的评价胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者睡眠质量及其与长期血糖控制情况之间的相关性.方法本研究纳入129例门诊或者住院胰岛素注射治疗的2型糖尿病患者(男74例,女55例),采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)调查问卷评估受试者主观睡眠特征,检测静脉血浆空腹血糖、餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),通过相关性分析睡眠质量与血糖控制的关系.结果胰岛素治疗患者总体 PSQI 为6.38±3.77,血糖控制良好(HbA1c<7%)的患者 PSQI 显著低于血糖控制较差(HbA1c>7%)的患者(P<0.05),总体 PSQI 与空腹血糖及 HbA1c 呈显著正相关(r=0.187、0.218,均 P<0.05).结论血糖控制不佳的胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病患者总体睡眠质量不高,更容易出现主观睡眠质量障碍,睡眠效率下降,血糖控制与睡眠质量紧密相关.

Objective To investigate the sleep quality in type 2 diabetes patients with insulin treatment and analyze the correlation between sleep quality and glycemic control. Methods One hundred and twenty nine patients with type2 diabetes under insulin treatment in Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital were recruited. The quality of sleep was assessed with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Pearson correlation was performed to analyze the correlation between PSQI score and glycemia con-trol (FPG, PPG, HbA1c). Results The average PSQI global score was 6.38±3.77 in diabetic patients, PSQI scores were signifi-cantly lower in glycemic wel -control ed patients(HbA1c<7%)than those in poorly-control ed patients(HbA1c>7%)(P<0.05). PSQI global scores were positively correlated with fast plasma glucose level (r=0.187, P<0.05) and HbA1c levels (r=0.218, P<0.05). Conclusion Poor subjective sleep quality and sleep efficacy are present in type 2 diabetic patients under insulin treat-ment; glycemic control may improve the quality of sleep in diabetic patients.
